When you visit this site
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our cookie notice has the detail.
Our host, Netlify, logs each visit, including your IP address, your browser details, and the pages you visit. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in doing so.
Who else handles your data
We don’t sell or rent your details. The providers below handle them for us under contract (Akismet through its contract with Netlify). Each may use other companies of its own to run its service. We share your details with anyone else only if the law requires it, or if we need professional advice or to protect our legal rights.
- Netlify
- Our host. It stores form submissions, emails each one to us, and keeps server logs.
- Akismet
- The spam service Netlify uses. It checks every form submission on Netlify’s behalf.
- Google Workspace
- Our email provider. It carries and stores our email, including the copy of each form submission Netlify sends us, and our replies to you.

Cookie notice
Last updated 22 October 2026
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or adverts.
Every page loads only from mantia.co.uk, fonts and images included. Your browser contacts no other site unless you follow a link.
We keep nothing in your browser’s storage either.
That’s why there’s no cookie banner.
Our host, Netlify, keeps server logs that include your IP address. The privacy notice above explains what they hold and why.
If any of this changes, we’ll update this page first.
Terms of website use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use mantia.co.uk. By using the site, you accept them.
Who runs this site
This site is run by Mantia Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17172108. Our registered office is 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can reach us through our contact form.
General information, not advice
This site describes what Mantia does. Nothing on it is legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
Where we mention a law or a regulator, it’s general information, as we understood it when we wrote it. Get your own advice before acting on it.
The bank in our examples and product previews is fictional, and we built its chatbot for testing. No rate, fee, or product shown on this site is a real offer.
Who owns this content
Apart from other organisations’ names and logos, Mantia Ltd owns, or has permission to use, the words, images, and designs on this site, including the Mantia logo and the founder’s photo.
You may read, print, and share pages for your own use, or to discuss working with us. Please ask us before reusing them for anything else.
Other names and logos on this site belong to their owners. The startup programme logos show that we’re part of those programmes, not that their owners endorse Mantia.
Using this site fairly
Don’t use this site to break the law, or to send us anything harmful, such as malicious code.
Don’t try to break into our systems, overload the site, or copy its content in bulk to reuse elsewhere.
If you find a security issue, please report it to us. That doesn’t give you permission to test our systems.
Limits on our liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it always will be.
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for losses from using or relying on this site.
We’re not responsible for the content of other sites we link to.
These terms don’t limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nor do they limit anything else the law says we can’t.
Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when we last did.
The law of England and Wales governs these terms. The courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
Accessibility statement
Last updated 22 October 2026
This statement covers every page on mantia.co.uk. It doesn’t cover other sites we link to.
The standard we work to
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. We haven’t yet checked every criterion by hand, and any known failures are listed below.
Our last tests confirmed these points.
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, and shows where you are with a visible outline.
- Pages reflow when you zoom to 400%, with no scrolling sideways.
- Pages work in forced colours mode, with light and dark themes, and with reduced motion turned on.
- Product screenshots have text alternatives. Nothing moves by itself for more than five seconds, and nothing moves by itself when reduced motion is on.
How we tested this site
We last tested the site on 22 October 2026. Automated accessibility checks ran on every page in two browser engines: Chromium at widths from 320 to 2560 pixels, and WebKit at 390 and 1440 pixels.
We stepped through every page using only the keyboard, in both engines, with a script that checked each stop for a visible outline. We also checked every page with reduced motion turned on, in both engines, and in Chromium with light and dark forced colours themes and with the increased text spacing of WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.4.12.
We haven’t yet tested the site with a screen reader. No one outside Mantia has reviewed it yet.
What doesn’t work yet
Our last tests found these problems:
- On the home page, at every screen width, some of the text inside the product screenshots in the laptop frame is smaller than 13 pixels, which is below our own minimum: about 4 to 12 pixels on a tablet, laptop, or desktop screen, and as small as 2 pixels on a phone. Each screenshot has a text alternative.
- On the About page, some of the text inside the product screenshot at the top is smaller than 13 pixels at every screen width: about 6 to 10 pixels on a tablet, laptop, or desktop screen, and as small as 2 pixels on a phone. The screenshot has a text alternative.
We haven’t yet set a date to fix them. Until we do, each screenshot has a text alternative, and you can ask us for any page in another format.
Asking for another format
If you need a page in another format, such as plain text or large print, tell us. Use our contact form and select ‘Something else’, or write to us at our registered office.
Tell us the page and the format you need. We’ll reply within five working days.
Use either route to tell us about a problem we haven’t listed.
Reporting a security issue
If you’ve found a security issue on our website or in our service, use our contact form, select ‘Security or data question’, and tell us briefly what you found. We don’t offer rewards or legal safe harbour, and nothing on this page authorises testing of any system. Our security.txt file points to the same form.
