The form asks for your name, email address, LinkedIn profile, and your answers to ‘Why you’ and ‘Why Mantia’. We use them only to consider your application and reply to you. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting.

We keep your application for six months from the day you send it, then delete it.
