Privacy notice

Last updated 18 August 2026. This covers personal data collected through mantia.co.uk. It does not cover the Mantia product, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.

Who we are

Mantia Limited, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for this website. Use the contact form for any question about this notice or to exercise any right below.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your email address, which of the three options you selected, and your message if you write one. Nothing else. We do not ask for a name, a company, or a phone number.

Why we can use it

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect a reply. We use your email only to respond to that enquiry and to continue the conversation it starts.

What we do not do

We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not sell, rent or share your details. We do not use your enquiry for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so loading the page does not report you to anyone else. That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Netlify, which handles form submissions and stores them so we can read them, and which processes standard server logs including IP address for security and abuse prevention. Email is handled by Microsoft. Both act as processors under contract. Some processing may take place outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Until the conversation ends and there is no reasonable prospect of it resuming, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. We review enquiries annually and delete what is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Ask through the contact form and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
